We are a 100% mobile clinic and do not have a public office, meaning we offer services out of our equipped vet truck at your home/property. Please note, this means mileage fees to apply to each visit. We have limited staff (1-2 per day including our Veterinarian), this means we may not always be available to answer the phone if we are busy helping a client, but will get back to you as soon as possible! Due to the mobile nature of our practice we are unable to provide any small animal surgical, dental, urgent care or emergency services. If you are in need of small animal urgent care or emergency services please contact Phases Veterinary Emergency Hospital in Kamloops at (236) 766-0450.
